This is a trick how to open cmd (Commont Promt) is disable. This may be old but this skarang I get into trouble and eventually I got this trick.
Actually, not just many more ways to open CMD reply disabled, but one of them is by using the "Using the console registry tool"
1. open run (windows + R)
2. typing like this:
REG add HKCU \ Software \ Policies \ Microsoft \ Windows \ System / v DisableCMD / t REG_DWORD / d 0 / f
Only with such command CMD will open ...
